We deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. You do not need dental insurance to be taken care of by our practice, you may have dental insurance that you would like to use. If you are out-of-network, we would be happy to submit your claim for you.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Every insurance company is different, as is each plan within that company. It is best for you to know what your own coverage is, but we will do our best to estimate what the reimbursement will be so that your payment is complete.
We will send you a statement if your payment is incomplete. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. For your convenience, we accept Visa, and MasterCard.
